blog is getting spammed and needs updated(repost)

My blog at <[url removed, login to view]>? is getting spammed really hard and the admin tools do not include a "select all" posts so I can delete these quickly.

I either need a "select all" button installed or I need a captcha with letters and numbers put in to stop spammers from posting in the blog. It is NOT a WordPress blog. It was made by one of the coders here at RentACoder years ago.
