Api Aweber expert

Estoy buscando un experto en la api de aweber ya que tengo en mente un sistema que quiero integrarlo con aweber y necesito saber si es posible hacerlo con las opciones que me proporciona la api, el trabajo sería una consultoría de una hora para charlar y que el experto me de las opciones que tendria al respecto sobre mi idea. Es deseable que hable español. I am looking for a an aweber api expert, because i have an idea for a system that wil use aweber and i need to know if is possible to use the api aweber to do it, The job with the expert for now will be an hour consultant about that, the possibilities, the practical options etc, If is possible i need that the expert talk in spanish.
