Badoo like Facebook app

This is a first stage of what will be a multi stage app development project. If the results meet the requirements, the company that gets this project will be very likely to be awarded with several other projects since we prefer to build a long-term relationship with a committed developer. The task is to build a Badoo like Facebook application that will interact (read variables and double registrations) with our social network programmed in ruby on rails. As I mentioned before, this project will be the first FB app, but we are planning a new media strategy based on social apps. It is a big plus if you have already worked on and have developed Facebook apps linked to ruby on rails software. Please mention it in your response. OUR SYSTEM AND SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: We are currently running our entire web site on RUBY ON RAILS and MySQL server.
