Convert Ruby on Rails encryption script to PHP

Hi all, I need someone to convert part of a Ruby on Rails encryption script over to PHP. All it needs to do is produce the same hash as the rails one, so it's just this bit that needs to be converted. I'm not familiar with Rails at all, but it doesn't seem all too complicated. Really need this to be done ASAP, and am happy to pay a fixed price or hourly, whichever suits Thanks Paul
