Custom blog system

What I need is a custom made blog system with the features listed below. Modifying an exisiting blog script is fine as long as it has the same features I outlines below. Admin Panel----------------- -Option to turn categories off or on. -Option to allow users to submit their own subjects for flaming. -Set Featured Flame subject. (featured will display in a left or right column) -suspend/un-suspend user -modify users account -Email all users -Ability to control welcome emails, suspended emails etc. -ability to edit all submitted subjects (images, description etc), also delete through the front end as well as the backend. Front End------------------ -Report image (offensive, not allowed to use etc) -Register to flame a subject. -Show how many times a subject has been viewed, show how many times a subject has been commented show how many times it was flamed. show how many times subject has been defended. -Show comments in a forum kind of display with a controlled amount of comments per page. -Top Ten subjects, listed in order of how many times it was commented. -If categories are selected, when clicking a category, will display top ten commented subjects for that category only. -Uploading an image is optional, if no image uploaded, will display a default image. -Send a message to a particular user. -Option to start a poll when creating a subject. (just like phpbb forums has) -Comments should show who posted it, the time it was posted and how many comments that user has made (just like the features) -Comments should be displayed 16 per page, would like pre-set ads to be displayed after every 8th post. -When commenting on a subject, user must select either they are flaming the subject, neutral or defending the subject. Flamed comments will have a red border, defended commented will have a blue border, neutral comments will be in grey. Or maybe the text can be these colors instead, whatever looks better, blue, red and grey text would all be readable. -SEO friendly URLS's. So if the subject is "Is barry bonds guilty? it should be something like [login to view URL] User Features------------- -Add subject to favorites. -Add User to favorites. -"Flame This" will be defaulted as a favorite for all accounts and will be the main account i.e site admin. -Modify information (password, address, email etc) -View flamed threads (shows the last 10 subjects a user has commented on) -show stats (You have made xxx amount of comments and you have commented on xxx amount of subjects.)
