Company Web Based Intranet Website(repost)

We are looking to create an Intranet site for one of our existing clients. This will be a web based system that will be for internal company use only. The idea is it to be similar to a "Facebook" website with the ability for intercommunication for files, downloads, database files etc. They wish to have the ability to have the following: Some of the tailored features would be: • HR Forms, Policies and Procedures • multiple uploads for pdfs, dvd libraries, photos, brand libraries, promotions, forums, HR forms, etc • employee directory • Brand libraries including archived “old?? logos • Spots for Best Practices achieved by company staff, e.g. case displays or promotional activities • Company Facebook-like area which would include a calendar of events, list of birthdays, births, engagements ect al • An anonymous Suggestion Box to encourage interaction and engagement There already is a database for the "Brand Library"in existence now which would be attached and be able to be added to/edited via the admin panel... and accessible to all members of the intranet. This area would be for information, downloading data from the database. Viewed by all and controlled from and admin panel for adding new items/images to the library. Sites to base this project on are Facebook, blogging sites, but mostly we want the site to resemble and functioning mentioned above. This is pretty much exactly what we want. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
