Automatic Logo Maker - with few variables - simple

I have a few sites and I want to be able to create my logos easily and quickly using about 20 little graphics and being able to size the graphic and the text within the set area. I can't imagine it would take more than an hour or so and I would like to be able to use that same logo in an email program for that site. that is only if there is time. I will pay for four hours of time. I would like it to work in windows and linux, mac people are already designers. There are very complicated programs out there for making incredible logos. That is not what I am after, something like logoease would be just about perfect. thanks michele I don't know the questions so I don't have any answers, heck that will take up hours.
