Need an expert with Zoho Creator and Deluge Script to build a custom view/form in an application we've already developed. The needed functionality is designed to facilitate training event logistics.

The basics are as follows:

- Given *x* types of event attendees

- Given 2 parts to the event (morning & afternoon)

- Given *y *types of classes per part

Then...

- Calculate how many rooms are needed in the morning & afternoon (this number will usually differ) so that each type of attendee gets the type of training they need and in the time-slot they need it

- Balance the numbers of people per room so that no one room is too full or too empty all while ensuring attendees get the exact class they need

- Calculate how many trainers are needed based on number of rooms and assign trainers to rooms based on their specialty/expertise with the different types of classes (*y* above)

- Calculate how many training workbooks are needed in each room based on the attendees in those rooms and the types of training happening there

The results of the above need to be output in an easy-to-read format so that those familiar with the process *and* those new to the process can tell at a glance who's being trained when, where, and by whom. In Zoho Creator a custom HTML view might be good for this. The data is more-or-less all there across a number of existing forms & views, it's just a matter of combining it all. Using other programming languages for this is acceptable as long as it integrates well with Zoho Creator and uses all the data & records available in our existing Zoho Creator application/database. Currently figuring out the scheduling & room assignments (as discussed above) is done manually in spreadsheets (or on paper!) and is tedious-- not to mention inefficient given the fact that all the necessary data already resides somewhere (our Zoho Creator app in this case).
