What this site will require IS a system where users can come and post articles. and guest can rate them they will get 1 point for voting and members get 2 votes and If someone votes on it they will be listed on the main page. IM looking for something that looks good. I want it so artists can add there own comicbooks page by page and In bettwen the pages a add will show form my PPC program. And Id like some type of user to user pm script. I would like to have on the main page on the left where people can go and see the new articles and under it people can go and view the new user made books. Ill post the layout for this later on in the project so just make your bids
