Debian, Ubuntu Expert Wanted

Well I'm planning to setup a gamming server, called eAthena([login to view URL]). I already have experience running it under Win2K3, but it works more stable and powerful in Linux. Unfortunately I'm new to linux, and we need to install many things such as Apache, MySQL and PHP and ALSO some other programs such as compiler toolchain, SVN client and some others(not sure yet). Here is a guide to setup the server : [login to view URL] I will have a dedicated server with Debian or Ubuntu installed.
