B2B Social Network - Basic Implementaion

We want to create a social network inside an industry in Germany. Please propose a platform (like social engine or whatever you'd propose) and bid for setup and implementation: - needs to be B2B-oriented - open source php mysql templatebased - registration of users (people with emailaddress) - users have profilepage - creation of firms (networks I think they are called in social engine) - firms have profilepage - users are assigned to firms and can manage firm profile, if entitled - 6 types of groups are needed (Machine, Substrate, Appliance, General_Public, General_Private, RFP) - firms can become members of groups - users, assigned to the firm, get entitlements for the 6 types of groups - friendfunction, so that users can see other users' profilepage and wall We need you to setup and roughly configure the system, so that the above list is there. Then we will do all the fintuning and design ourselves or in later projects
