Add Testimonial Facebook integration to website - repost

I would like to integrate a user testimonial system into an existing website.
The user would see this tool/application during the signup to the website and after registering have access to it in their members area.
They will be able to post a notice to their friends timelines on facebook asking them to write a few words as a testimonial for the user saying what a nice person they are etc etc and this testimonial will appear on the users profile page on my website.
The user would be able to select their friends via a standard FB friend invite interface and it would search the database to see if the user was registered in our affiliate program and if so then add their affiliate link to the posting on FB.
When the FB friend clicks the timeline link it leads to a page on my website where the user can type out their testimonial and submit it and after hitting submit show a "Success" mesage saying thank you for submitting a testimonial for your friend, now why not create a free account for yourself! with a link to the signup page.
Once a testimonial is submitted the subject of the testimonial should get an email notifying them that they have a pending testimonial to approve and taking them to their "Friends" page on my website where they can review, approve or decline pending testimonials as well as invite others.
