Adding Visible Keywords to a list of html files

I have roughly 1500 html files which are in need of being transformed as follows: in each file the phrase "visible keywords" needs to be replaced by the actual set of keywords specific to the file (and which will vary file by file) data is in an excel spreadsheet and can be converted to .csv data is in the form column 1 file name column 2 list of keywords the software you write I need to be able to run on a windows 7 machine
