Auto Classified Ads

I would like to build a paid auto classified ads * similar to [login to view URL] or autoquake.co.uk. but have my own design and requirements and would share this with selected bidders who have done similar work * If you have an existing auto classified ads script that can be customised to meet requirements, I would be willing to look at it * If you plan to build the site from ground up, my preference would be to use open source (Drupal preferred) but am open to any other good programming language * Site must be scalable and optimized for mobile devices * would provide a car database with key features such as such as make, model, year etc which would be uploaded to site so that when a make/model/year is selected, website automatically pull up other features * also provide selection criteria to search by state rather than postcode * website should allow for * when a car is selected to view further details, in addition to car feature details, there should be 2 additional tabs. one for dealer company information and the other for dealer location on googlemap
