Automated fields entry on a site -- 2

I need an automated software that will fill data fields input automatically on a regular basis. I need everything to be documented and I need to understand how it works so I can make changes in future. Sensible quotes only will be considered. Items posted for adverts are laptops, desktops, bicycle, scooter etc. Each item will have a picture, a price, a description etc.. Overall, it should have a database and the software should read from database and fill the input boxes. Input fields are : Categories, Post code, Title, Price, Upload Picture, Description, Contact name and contact number.
