Basic PHP Web Service Troubleshooting (Timeout)

Hello and Welcome, I basically have a web service (Lets call it ServiceA) in php and a page in php (Lets call it ClientA) that connects to this web service hosted on a third party host. My problem is that when i try to connect to this web service trough fsockopen (Using nusoap) the first request (of first few) work great - however if the web service is called again, it does not return any data until it times out. If i wait for a while, and retry it works again the first time/s. The web service in question have been stripped from all functionality and it basically just returns a string (no database interaction or anytihng like that). The strange thing is that the log of the web service shows that the request have been made - ClientA is connecting to the web service. Additionally, ClientA is hosted on 5 other different web hosts, and it works great all the time. Your job is to investigate and solve this problem Thank You joe
