Code Igniter 2.0 Payment Gateway / Invoicing System Project

This is the third time we try to get this project done. None of the previous workers demostrated the capability to follow our instructions. Please check the requirements before placing your bid. This project aim is creating a simple payment gateway with an invoicing system using the Code Igniter framework (Version 2.0.0). The coder MUST follow the Code Igniter “Style and Syntax?? standard. All the code must be heavily documented. In attachment you can find the detailed project and a scheme of the database that you should use as framework for the creation of the application. Most, if not all, the fields required have already been included. The system will be divided in 3 main modules: 1. Payment Gateway (PG) 2. User Control Panel (UCP) 3. Administrator Control Panel (ACP) The coder must deliver the complete source code, tested and bug fixed within 2 weeks from the acceptance. We will test the application in the following week and let the coder know any change / bug fix that must be implemented. The coder will have an additional week to complete the project and send the deliverables. Total time 4 weeks. The coder must send a ZIP archive with the full code to our email address every single day. You miss a day, we will go into arbitration. No exception. The first day, the deliverables must include a detailed timeline describing which parts of the project will be completed with specific time frames. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Code Igniter 2.0 PHP / MySQL HTML / CSS Apache
