Custom features PHP script

if you are familiar with the script [login to view URL] in the finance section I need a column to add the finance percentage the customer is being charged . In the customer list section in the status column I need to be able freeze the account instead of just active or delete. In Transaction available balance I need a column that calculates reward points and give balance.I need member log -in also need transaction section pulled up by geo location using PARSE API so that the client can see balance and reward points and enter numbers with decimals to send as push notification to the merchant phone number return receipt. budget is $450.00- $530.00
