Database project

I need the following developed: Customer comes to our website and signs up. His email needs to be authenticated and a unique identifier is given to the customer. Customer then submits via email the unique identifier number along with buying and selling information that the customer has recently completed. The buying and selling information will be contained in the message body of the email. The buying and selling information then needs to be inserted into a database and have basic calculation applied, such as purchase price, sell price, profit amount, daily profit, weekly profit, monthly profit, annual profit. This calculated information then needs to be displayed on a unique webpage that only applies to the unique identifier number. The information displayed needs to be displayed tabular and be stylish. On main page of website, all monthly performance figures must be displayed for all customers. Each customer should be able to display on their respective website a widget that displays monthly sales information with a link back to our website that displays detailed performance figures. This system needs to be developed where a very basic website manager can easily deploy performance tables simply and without the need of a database engineer. I am open to any and all 3rd party software applications that would simplify the process and make this easier for everyone involved. So, if you have something in mind, then please recommend.
