I need a new web site. I have a design draft that I will send you for the home page, other page would either be pop-ups or use the same concept of the home page. There are about 7 pages total including a contact us page that must let users to fill out a form to be emailed to me. 1- Must use CSS and provide an admin page that let me make changes on the page without asking you or another programmer for help. 2- Must work with all popular web browsers including IE 7,8 and 9 and Firefox. 3- There is a resources page on the site that contains PDF, Word and Text documents and possibly some image like JPG to be downloaded by the user. I must be able to change these files, that means to add new PDF/Word/Text or remove some of exiting ones. This page also includes links to other web sites. 4- The site will be hosted on a hosting company, either Windows or Linux can be used. 5- I don't have a Logo, it is a plus if you can design a logo based on the site content and draft design. 6- Must have a Business Class look. 7- Must contain on-site SEO, let me know what you do for site SEO I would also want to create about 4 Emails for this site email marketing. I provide the text but need you to design and create the HTML for each of the emails in accordance with the content of the email. Let me know price and duration and what else you need from me.
