Telephone call recordings and/or audio recordings from the mic shoudl be stored on the SD card and not transmitted thru the web unless remotely requested. Otherwise the recordings can be taken frm the phone when in-hand or when the phone is on the home base wifi network thereby reducing forced data usage thru the cell provider. The in-phone app shall be minimal and include a stealth option to hide it's icon. IN conjunction to the mobile app, there needs to be a secure web access point for app users to interface with the phone and activate it's various security features, tracking features, recordings and remote transfer of any recorded files generated. This app will dual as a thief or loss recovery app and a safety app to wipe the phone data clear should it be stolen. Very important is the additional feature of paid activation thru paypal so that a customer that tries the software in demo mode can then activate it automatically by paying a fee at paypal which then activates the software and removes the trial timer. This segment must be secure or a pirated break in the lock out can ruin the marketability of the application.
