create a microsoft visual studio asp.net/c# website with an mssql database - a single-page website which displays data from an mssql database table where the website user will NOT be able to edit data, only view it.
You will provide me with source code as a microsoft visual studio project file(s) including the mssql database which goes with it.
I am not concerned with styling.
Well-commented code appreciated
The database should have 8 varchar(50) columns,
the columns should be called
Manufacturer, Model, Type, co2, , fuel type, gearbox, mpg, taxbracket
This is a database of car makes/[login to view URL] this table with sample car makes/models. The "type" column is just some extra text to distinguish car model variants like GSI or GT
the webpage should by default show all data unfiltered, but paginate the table if the results list has more than 20 rows
the table should be sortable by column, and each column should have a filter control above it. the filter control should allow filtering by unique entries in that column, and allow the user to choose more than one unique entry e.g. if the manufacturers column has the following entries in it
toyota
toyota
honda
chevrolet
toyota
the filter control should only display toyota (or any other entry that appears more than once) once. the filter control should allow the user to filter by one OR more than one manufacturer if they so wish.
the "model" , "fuel type", "gearbox" columns should also be filterable in the same way
the "type" column data does not need to be filterable at all , just displayed
the CO2, mpg and taxbracket columns are all numerical data, co2 and taxbracket are integers, mpg has up to 2 decimal places (so feel free to change the db column type away from varchar(50) from these if you prefer)
these 3 columns, rather than filtering multiple, should allow the user to filter by a slider control which allows the user to specify the start and end values for the range they want. you can see an example of what I mean here by looking at the price slider on website <[login to view URL]> (I have nothing to do with that website, it just has an example of the type of slider control I mean)
