code igniter specialist needed

Good day, PLEASE READ THE DISCRIPTION OFTHEPROJECT BELOW BEFORE BIDDING and ONLY BID REALISTIC AND WITH REALISTIC TIME OF DELIVERY. For my new build dating website in code igniter am searching for a code igniter specialist for changing and adding some scripts. The dating site is partly with fictive members. When real members mail the fictive members, this mails are transfer in to a web chat application where I have employees working that reply this mails back to the real members so it appears that the fictive members are also real. The website is working with credits. Members need to pay for getting mails from other users. So to read each incoming mail in the website the member needs to have ( or buy) credits. If you understand this concept and are familiar with it please read the scripts below I want to add: 1. Install mr cash ( Belgium online payment script) ( I have a good description to install this pay method. 2. Make sure that when the user is not registered of login they can go to search and see only 12 (real or fake) members and when they want to see more they have to register and login. 3. Make and install coupon code system. So I can make coupon codes for commercial online. The user can when they buy credits and have coupon code, type this code and get for example more credits or discount on credits. 4. Mail system I will explain: a. When model or user is registered or saved they get automaticly mailadres for example. When model called Miranda and her username is also Miranda. She will get mailadres in this website b. When I try to get user to website ( not registered user) I will ask him to mail “me” ( I will pretend to be Miranda) to c. Then this message gets in to the chat application and we can reply to this mailadres. BUT when this person wants to see what we have send he first need to register and login to webpage/inbox. For every message the user will read he needs credits. So he gets a couple of free credits ( just like now) so he can see 1 mail. And when he then reply back and we again reply back to him, he have to buy credits to see mail ( user wil get curious so he will do this I hope 5. I will make sure there is a new template on the homepage. In this template there is a traffic light, this traffic light does need to work the following way: a. ( red means to much male members, Orange means a lot of male members but still can register and green means they can register because there are a lot of woman members BUT this is al fictional so In admin I must be able to put in how long traffic light is red, orange or green, or do it random ( 75% of time on orange, 20% green and 5% red) The script how it is now is VERY big ,so please be sure that you are 100% capable of code igniter and get this things done without problems.
