Create Google Sitemap and manage results in Webmaster tools

I need a routine created for my website: [login to view URL] that will allow me to submit a google compatible sitemap on a regular basis. I need the results monitored and successfully verified. I want to see verification in google's webmaster tools. If there are problems with the website I need that explained to me and suggestions on how to correct this. I will be interested in the best solution and will award the project to the bidder who has the best solution and knowledge in this area. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
