data erase program from floppy disk

want a program that can access harddisk from its own bootup OS and thereby is able to overwrite the harddisk multiple times with random data in blocks of, say, 4MB per block t speed up the proces (overwrite 30 times). This could be done from some DOS OS I assume. Program must be able to access IDE harddisks. Kindly advise if such solution also can access SATA harddisks and/or SCSI harddisks. Program must be super simple to use. user should just insert a floppy disk and then program asks to confirm if harddisk should be deleted (yes/no). program also ask how many times (default should be 30 times). Program then shows a simple progres in % of each "cycle" it has overwritten the HDD as well as number of times it has overwritten the disk. Please write what similar programs you have made before as well as why you should be awarded this project.
