I would like to build a CDN and Live and On-Demand Streaming application using Amazon Web Services, this will include use of their EC2, S3, Cloudfront and other services as determined by the coder. This will be an all inclusive web application that can be accessed by a web browser. I would like it to be very user friendly. The main user's will be churches and Christian Broadcasters.

The intent of this product is that users could set it up to live-stream their church services on Sunday mornings and then have it archived for on-demand play.

Please see more detailed explanation below.

## Deliverables

This will most likely be on on-going project with upgrades and project enhancements, etc. So please keep in mind that I am looking for someone that is willing to continue work on this indefinitely after the original project is delivered.

I would encourage anyone who bids on the project to take a look at the Limelight Video Platform because I want to pattern my product after theirs. You can view a video of the product and also sign up for a trial to get a better idea of how it operates. Please go here to take a look: [url removed, login to view]

These are some of the features that this product will need to offer

* Media Management Console

* Organize the CDN by Channels - a user should be able to create as many channels as they want to.

* Upload tool with transcoding into user defined(or custom) bitrates and web ready format

* Adaptive Bitrate streaming delivery for live and on-demand

* Player templates (open source is fine, but if possible, I would like to give the user the capability to modify the look and feel of the player and size)

* Ability to share videos on facebook, twitter, and via email

* Media Scheduling (determine when and for how long a video will be available)

* RSS and iTunes Syndication (build a tool to make RSS feeds for each channel and then generate an URL to post on iTunes and/or other feed applications)

* Transcoding and delivery for Mobile Devices

**I will also need to be able to duplicate and administer this product to multiple churches and ministries so that they would each be able to have their own media console and not share space with anyone else. ** This would require setting up their own login, etc.

Please reply if you have any questions or comments on this project.
