Appointment book II in vb 2005 Express

I am looking for a coder who can develop an appointment book from the ground up that will have the following features: 1. Drag and Drop capability [login to view URL] of appointments [login to view URL] ( like an alarm) [login to view URL] which are similar to the office 2007 theme [login to view URL] write protection of appointments with notification of the overwrite [login to view URL] user would have the ability to set the appointment book for any time increment. 5,10,15,30 min etc up to one hour [login to view URL] user would be able to enter as many resources ie rooms, employees at the top of the calendar as needed. Scroll bars both horizontal and vertical [login to view URL] book of appointments in the same time slot. Even though there is overwrite protection, I would like the user to be able to split a cell so both appointments can be booked at the same time. 9. The user can set the appointment book hours for any time in a 24 hour period. For example 9 am to 7 pm or 8 am to 9 pm. The appointments will be scheduled in this time frame. 10. Allow for Access 2002-2003 database backend for this. 11. User would want to be able to make appointments on the fly as well as have preset types of appointments that they can add to the appointment book. for example: An office appointment is normally a 45 min appointment, so instead of having to create this each time they need to book an appointment for a client, they can just find this preset in a drop down list. 12. Add, delete, confirm of appointments ( confirm can be a line through the appointment name) 13. Daily and 5 day workweek view needed. User would be able to set work week begin date. If you have already developed something like this and have the source code, all the better. To be written in visaul basic 2005 express with an access backend. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
