Article Spinning Software

The project is to create a program to Spin Articles. Part 1. Search for published articles using a list of keywords. Once the articles are found to save them as .txt files. Part 2. Then process the saved .txt files as per attached .jpg Part 3. On completion to "search and replace" matching words & phrases using a database of synonyms. The data base is hosted online. The format is : all countries,all countries|all nations So each occasion it finds the phrase "all countries" it must be replaced with {all countries|all nations } Note: The "search and replace" must be whole words with or without punctuation marks, matching case, and ignoring any text inside {} The program must have a Windows GUI and preferably coded in PHP Payment by Escrow 25% on completion of Part 1 25% on completion of Part 2 50% on completion of Part 3
