Automated Betting Bot for Betfair Betting Exchange (Using Free API)

I require a 'Bot' that will scrape the prices in the 'Live Shows' on [[login to view URL]][1] (horseracing only) and will place Back or Lay bets into the Betfair Market via their free API. The program/bot would need the following options: Lay / Back Time Before Start of Race / (Auto detect race going into play on exchange) Identify rank of runners in live show i.e. 1st Fav, 2nd Fav, 3rd Fav Ability to choose one of these to place bet on i.e. Lay bet on 3rd fav if odds are between 8.00 and 10.00 at start of inplay Ability to place bet into market at Betfair compatible price X% above liveshow or x% below I would want the source code with the finished program - Ideally in c# but vb.net would be acceptable ## Deliverables Just to clarify: I want the bot to place Back or Lay bets into the Betfair Live Market using the following 'options' Time before advertised start of race to start monitoring liveshow (sportinglife) ? Facility to place bet either xx seconds before the start OR immediately after the race has begun (gone in-play on exchange) Ability to choose selection(s) to place back or lay bets ion by Liveshow rank (sporting life) and liveshow price : And using a predefined stake. for example lay the 3rd and 4th fav immmediately after race begins provided their live show prices are (respectively) >5.00 & < 9.00 ,? >10.00 & <14.00 for £4 and £5 respectively Also the ability to have staking built in would be preferred: Loss Recovery plus stake and also fixed stakes i.e. 1 then 2 then 3 then 4 times the original stake etc..
