Automated Ftp Client

We require an ftp client to connect to my server and continuously check two folders for any .wav files, then download the files (if any) to two folders on my local machine (PC) and delete the files in from my server after completing the transfer. After downloading the .wav files, the program must to check each .wav file to see if it's in the wav format (CCITT u-law 8.00 kHZ, 8 Bit, Mono) and if they are not then the program should convert the files to the above format without loss of quality. _This program MUST be automated and not require user input except to connection and folder settings, start it or stop it running. _ Please **READ** the specifications of this project **DO NOT BID** to do the work if you cannot do the work, deliver the completed work on time (as per RAC rules) and as per my project specifications as this will result in my withdrawal of my acceptance of your bid and cancellation of the project.
