1) The program will allow to be entered our 4 million verified addresses stored in .txt files, we can provide these for testing. 2) The program needs to be able to store 20 Million email addresses in this client side program 3) It must have a similar email design program for HTML mails such as Worldcast ([url removed, login to view] - for free demo download) 4) It can send out to the list and every time it sends it saves to a file so if the computer crashes it knows what email addresses it has sent to. 5) Sends the email designed either in dreamweaver or in the simple email designer above
