Create ActiveX with existing VB FTP app

What I need someone to do is take an existing ftp client app I have that I got from [login to view URL] and just place it in a new activex OCX file that I can use on a web page. I want to load this app on my web page with parameters passed in to it and then be able to use it by connecting to my server for normal operations. Only a few things needs to be changed to the program. For example, it pops up a window when uploading or downloading a file - instead the same context can be put in a picturebox and made visible in the middle when transferring. The address book can be removed because it will only connect to the server that is passed in with parameters. For anyone who makes OCX files, this should be a very easy project. I know how to do it myself but am crammed for time.
