Applications in Delphi

We are searching for developing Delphi applications in security area. Any of bellow applications are in this category: - security application( spam blocker, firewall , cleaners, uninstallers etc) - office applications - other application The applications must be developed in Delphi 7, tested and well documented. I will discuss with each programmer the details and make everything clear before starting. We will create a private bid for each programmer.
