Add functionality to the existing Joomla website

Please note, not only Joomla knowledge are required for this project. Minimum: web development, PHP programming, MySQL database, Joomla, web e-mail - must. Please, assess your experience carefully before bidding. Thank you. This site is for a new consulting business. The site is up and partially developed. Add functionality as required. Eliminate browser compatibility problems. The Registration Form and Customer Profile are working. However, some fields (like a City/Town) are missing. Currently, in case of an error, all information is deleted and the process has to be repeated again. I need to change that. 1. Complete the registration form/customer profile. Add missing fields. Make some fields optional. Customer should be able to update his profile later. 2. Allow for entered information to be stored in the form until user completes registration in full. 3. In case of errors, prompt to correct the error, do not delete other correct entries. Keep correct entries when navigating from page to page within the form during registration. 4. Add hints and guidelines to the form (entry format, acceptable characters etc.) 5. Other common little fixes may be required. 6. Turn On “Accept General Terms of Use/Disclaimer” functionality at the first login after registration. The Shopping Cart is working OK now, but the checkout is confusing. 1. Delete unnecessary checkout steps, add comments, hints and guidelines 2. Make the checkout process more “natural” and user friendly. 3. Add alternative payment method (standard PayPal) for those who has PayPal account. Now it is set up for PayPal Pro credit card payments only, so that customer doesn’t need a PayPal account. These two options must work separately. Once one is selected, another one must become inactive for the remaining checkout. Complete the customer module. That is functionality each customer gets access to after login. Adjust user menu if needed. 1. Make changes to completed pages. Add hints, notes and instructions as required. 2. Complete one and develop two more functional pages. Each page’s content should be an interactive table linked to the database. Each table consists of about 10 columns and as many rows as required. The tables must be adjustable from the user and from the admin end. Add “Remind Me” custom functionality so that customer could set up alerts for himself, (must be manageable by Admin as well) 3. Develop one page with a registration form. Each customer will have to enter information about his employees for payroll services. The detailed form format will be provided. The entered data must be presented in form of a table, one line for each employee entered. 4. Add e-mail notification functionality where needed to notify admin about users’ actions and users about admin activities in their profiles. Each download and update must be communicated via e-mail. 5. Add a few more (one or two, need to check on that) file upload options for Admin to the existing one. The files will be uploaded for each customer regularly. Customers must be able to download files after login. This is a free download option. Should not be confused with paid upload/download functionality. 6. Revise and tune up existing file upload/download functionality. Verify correct database connection and interaction. 7. Make all forms for each customer convertible into MS Excel and .PDF format and printable. 8. Revise Admin functionality for errors. Advise on using Joomla for added functionality. Admin must be able to assign customers and grand restricted access to the management module to employees. Add that functionality to Admin module. Some additions/eliminations may be done on the go as required.
