Add german front page movies + Add country identifier

Hello I need 2 features for my website - 1. Add the front page of german movies + Add them to the slideshow . 2. Add an country german speaking identifier (for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg) by IP so when a user enter my website from those coutries the content will be automatically change accordingly In the following way : [login to view URL] website movies will automatically change to german movies for those countries. [login to view URL] website language will automatically change to germany for those countries (the front page in german will be in the server cache so when a user from germany enters he doesn`t have to wait few seconds for translation! ) [login to view URL] slideshow will automatically show german movies for those countries. [login to view URL] the user is not from those coutries than the website will be in english and show only english movies. Very Importent - A,B,C,D requirments have to load very fast (the german front page with translation + movies + slideshow should be ready in server cache before the users enters the website in order to get fast load performance) .
