Australian Hosting Company seeking website design team.

Hi, We are a web hosting company and we need an ongoing web designer "TEAM" for our projects for our clients. Can you do the job ? We need a team to work on website projects. We will have quite a few sites per week, so we really need a team. We've been working with individuals who are doing great jobs but we need a team that can take up to 10 sites per week if required. These projects can range from 2-3 pages websites to 50-100 pages, some flat sites and some CMS. Please can you PM us The size and experience of your team. Your geographic location. Your work times, based on +10GTM examples of your work prices (you would charge us) with each of the examples. "estimated" time to complete this example The more examples the better. We will offer our customers 3 packages -- Package1 - Basic ********************** Up to 5 pages, static. Multiple design/looks offered prior to acceptance 30 Days of changes included Package2 - Intermediate ******************************* Commerce or CMS based website. Basic flash banner, not too much. Up to 15 pages, Static or CMS. Multiple design/looks offered prior to acceptance 30 Days of changes included Package2 - Advanced **************************** Commerce or CMS based website. Up to 30 pages, Static or CMS. Some flash if required. Multiple design/looks offered prior to acceptance 30 Days of changes included ** the 30 days of changes is based of site errors and problems, not design changes or changes in what the customer wants, this would be billable. If you can provide above these packages, that's great too .. anything not covered (ie, PHP coding, extra script work that we deem excessive) would be paid extra at a price quoted by the supplier on a "per-job" basis. Payment is strictly Paypal. We've had this project out before at the provider couldn't take PayPal .. paypal is our preferred method. We would pay within 24 hours of the customer accepting the final website and importantly, we pay in Australian $'s .. The Australian dollar is about 90c in the US dollar, so please factor that info your quote. (and state if your package pricing is Australian or US dollars). We have a project management system the team would need to work through to pickup projects and note their current progress level so we can report to the client. You're not expected to converse directly with the client, but there's some scope for the customer to have access to the project management to leave any notes. We would hope to turn around packages 1-2 in 5-10 days and package 3 in 10-21 days. If you send us a reply that doesn't address the questions on packages, teams, turnaround and payment terms stressed above - we will just ignore you bid .. as we want to filter through to serious people. We would want you to provide 10-15 web site examples you'd be happy for us to list on our page for the clients to get a feel for what you offer.
