Automatic Bracket System and entry development

We have a domain

We need:

User registration

A user name they create on our domain site

Their full name

Their user name on the actual Skype website

for example - I see I am in a bracket with bjohnson. When I click on bjohnson, it shows:

Username: bjohnson

Name: bobby johnson

Skype Contact: bjohnson123

***So now they know who they are playing, and how to contact them to play their game before it starts

Using their own PayPal we want a button to be created that charges X dollars (to our bank or paypal account)

Click to sign up for a tournament and it enters them into the small tournament automatically

So to recap, from a player's standpoint...as they sign up they basically already have:

PayPal account

Skype name

Then they go to our website and register with user, skype name and create a [url removed, login to view] username. They then...

Click the button to sign up

PayPal puts money in our account and their username is automatically placed in a four man bracket

After four people click the button...

it creates a four man single elimination bracket ready to play

The bracket is sent/emailed to the four players. it is visibile to them when logged in, whatever...so they know who they are playing

It appears to them with their and opponents name, username, and skype name so they can contact their opponent on skype

They are sent a quick "rules and regulations" for proper set up and most importantly time limits and procedure to notify of wins with bracket

They play the first game then...

They click that they won

Message sent to opponent to confirm

they advance in bracket

both winners are notified to play each other

repeat confirmation

automatic payment to winner

Once this is done, I want to have:

Diffferent prices/payments for tournaments

4 man $10 button

4 man $20 button

8 man variations as well

16/32/64 man tournaments as well
