Our budget for this is project is $5000usd, max. Please do not bid if you cannot do this for the said amount or less. The lowest bid with the best experience will be selected. (Experience means that you have done a similar project before) You must be able finish the project by the end of December 2014. Milestone Payment will be as follows: 1. $1,000 usd to start the project. 2. $1,000 usd after completion of the 12 front ends. 3. Payment in full at satisfactory completion of the project. Please be prepared to show us your past projects that are similar to our project. Show us a sample backend. Any will do. The more complex and ease of workflow the better. Provide 12 month tech support, included with your bid amount.
