Basic Wordpress Theme Enhancement

I have developed a Wordpress website that needs adjustments added to the 'Detube' template. I have tried a few plugins however, it seems that the plugins may not be working with the template. I may need some minor programming to accomplish what I need. What I need is... 1. Have a watermark (My logo and website link) added to the video player. 2. Revise the video uploader to be able to upload large video files to the server. 3. Multiple / Mass video importer to import existing videos into the wordpress as posts. The existing video files has meta data that will need to be translated into wordpress posts. Here is the User process that I need... 1. User upload a video (increase large file up to 100MB) to my server. - (by theme or plugin) 2. User creates a new video post. 3. User select the uploaded video to add into post. - (Program the Plugin or Theme) - Thumbnail auto generation - Watermark auto added -- (I need location of watermark to make changes) 4. User publish post. --- Multiple / Mass Video Needs --- 1. I need to upload my existing large video files. I need to upload multiple files or all at once to server and then auto translated into posts from its meta data. The Detube theme or a plugin must be programmed a little to accomplish the User process. A plugin will need to be found to be changed. For the Multiple / Mass video importer, there may be a plugin that can be programmed a little to accomplish the process. It may be possible that there are existing plugins that can be altered (via some PHP programming) to accomplish what I need. Details and options can be explored.
