Build a Simple Cost Estimator

I am looking for a cost estimator that I can embed on my website. The visitor would have to answer 6 questions. Each question will have multiple choices and based on the visitor’s selection, the price will be determined. The price should be updated across the process as I said based on the selection. Once all 6 questions are answered, the total price would be shown with a contact form to be filled by the visitor. When the visitor fills the form and submit it, all his information and choices along with the total estimated price will be emailed to me. I understand that these are very high level requirements but it would help me determine the freelancer who actually read these requirement not just bidding without reading and I will provide him/her with further details. That’s why, it is very important to start your bid with the word “gotit” and detailed requirement would be sent to you so you can bid your accurate price and time frame. It is important to know that I will only pay 10% of the project cost in advance and create a milestone for the remaining balance. The remaining balance would not be released under any circumstances before completing the work to my satisfaction. Good luck
