We need our website to be redone. You can have a look at www.prestigedrive.com.au. The new build should include:

* Responsive Design: We do not mind you writing a responsive website or using a CMS like Drupal or WordPress. We only need the final product to be device adjustable and have a perfect view on every screen size.

* CMS: We need to be able to use CMS to easily change ANYTHING we need on the website including rolling banners on the first page to promote new services and promotions, any external link etc.

* SEO: You will be responsible for putting all of the required keywords and necessary adjustment to make the website user friendly.

We do not mind if you use the same design as we have or prepare a new design but keep in mind this project will be done in 3 stages (1. design, 2. admin & instructors management and 3. student management and online booking) so you need to make sure there will be no problem with adding stage 2 and 3 in near future

Our system already have an admin & instructor area as well as student area and online booking but it has a lot of bugs which is one of the reasons we are redoing the whole website.

For now, we need to have a very good first impression on people visiting our website to improve our conversion rate and get more bookings so responsive design to be able to target all sort of devices and SEO are our first priorities.

The website has a request a booking page which checks students postcodes before allowing them to submit a request to make sure they live in our service area. currently it uses backside data (coming from instructors area and their selected service postcodes) but as long as we can add and remove post codes easily we don't mind updating them manually until the new instructor area comes into effect (system needs to have the list of suburbs in a database to show suburbs in each postcode for selection)

As mentioned earlier, this project will be done in 3 stages plus we are starting two new businesses which need websites so make sure you prove yourself as a reliable developer.

We are seeking tired on dealing with irresponsible people. This is an established business and we need a professional job. If you have a baby that may get sick and you will be busy or you are a student who cannot work during the exam season or ANYTHING like these please don't bid.

THE DEADLINE YOU PROVIDE IS YOUR "DELIVERY DATE" so allow enough time to develop the website and do all necessary testing. Also the website should be compatible with all major desktop and mobile browsers. We do not accept if you say "I don't have a windows phone!" kind of excuse.

AGAIN, DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS. We have plenty of job for anyone who can prove they are knowledgeable, reliable and PUNCTUAL...

WE DO NOT PAY IF WE ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED. THE PROJECT WILL BE FINALISED "OR CANCELLED" THE DAY AFTER THE SUBMISSION DATE. We cannot run after you for another 3 months and HOPEFULLY NEXT MONDAY kind of deadline is totally unacceptable.

I think I made myself pretty clear.

Do a complete check on the website address provided, access how much money and time you need to do it and only submit a bid if you are capable of doing the site. Time and money are important to us but first of all we need a great job so try not to win the project by a low bid because we are not gonna pay if you cannot deliver ONTIME and PROPERLY DONE. We prefer to pay more and wait longer but do it once and for all.

You previous portfolio will be throughly checked and whatever you do will come exactly in our review. Impress and get impressed by the review we leave for you.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. There will be plenty of time to submit your bid. We are not going to choose before the end of submission time. feel free to access the requirements and submit a realistic time and price.

Good luck.
