Build a Website with Drupal and Bootstrap

-- PROJECT BRIEF -- I have the following main objectives 1. Develop a new website as an upgrade to an existing one. See [login to view URL] 2. Site to be built with Drupal version 7 3. Site to be built with bootstrap version 3 4. Site to be responsive 5. Site to be hosted on Amazon. I’ll need all the relevant files delivered to my internal developer. -- DETAILS-- 1. I have attached a draft site map. It will change slightly before the the project begins. See http://o3ue2x.axshare.com/#p=home 2. We will supply cut up PSD’s for the visual design. I expect you to be able to start before these final PSD’s are delivered. 3. All videos will served from our BrightCove account. We will need a simple way to paste the BrightCove URL into the editorial pages. 4. Google Tag Manager will be used to hold the Google Analytics tracking. There should be a simple way to add the GTM code to every page 5. We use Marketo for all the form captures and where some content is gated (user has to complete the form before they can access the content). Our developer will manage the forms although the page will have to pass parameters to the form. -- IMPORTANT -- You must be able to answer yes to all four questions for your bid to be accepted. 1. You have developed commercial grade Drupal websites. Please show references. 2. You have experience in Bootstrap and commit to developing the site in the current version. Please show references 3. You are prepared to offer two clients as referrals and understand they will be contacted prior to you being accepted as a successful bidder 4. You will put the code up on Github throughout the development process for review -- PAYMENTS AND BONUS -- We will make three separate payments and if you meet some conditions you can receive a 20% bonus payment. Payment 1. On project start Payment 2. On project midway point Payment 3. On project completion Payment 4. This is a bonus payment of 20% in ADDITION to the agreed amount if the following conditions are met. (a) The project is delivered by the delivery date (b) The supplied code can be installed on the amazon servers
