Build a Website

I need a website with both Retail and Wholesale shopping carts for a product that I manufacture. I already have a WordPress Theme that I would like to use by incorporating it with the custom coding of my new website. I have the WordPress Theme installed in a C-Panel. These are the parameters I need for the shopping cart for retail sales: 1. There will be t-shirt items with drop down selection for colors and sizes 2. There will be holster items with drop down window for selection type and right or left hand. 3. I need three emails sent out on each order and the ability to separate where the emails are sent on each item above. For example, I may want item one emailed to ABC email address along with mine and item 2 above sent to DEF, XYZ and mine. These are the parameters I need for the Members Shopping Cart for wholesale sales: 1. Same as the two items above with adjustable prices for different members like purchases between $250 and $750 = 40% off over $750 50% off 2. I need prospective members to fill out a form with their shipping address, TAX Resale Number, State and other pertinent info to qualify to purchase wholesale. 3. I need to verify their info before I approve them. 4. I need three emails sent out on each order same way as mentioned in Retail Sales #3 above. 5. I need example items installed and tested that I can change out later for the real ones.
