Build a Website

- It is a web-based system to manager IT projects. \r\n- It has five pages: Project , People , Timeline , Report , Communication \r\n Project : it is for register new project with its date, resource, time, requirements, \r\n Employee: person who participants in projects with their data like name, department, job title, email and mobile number\r\n Timeline: page that show the progress of the project. \r\n Report: page able to extract data for report \r\n Communication: it page that show the participants for each project and their data and provide communication channels like video conference, voice conference, chatting (instant message), calling participants mobile number and sending SMS message.\r\n\r\nSo, My need is developing website with showing these five pages but the details is only for communication pages. I mean no need to go in details to the remaining pages.\r\nCommunication page must be able as I mentioned to display project participants and communication channels (video conference, voice conference, chatting (instant message), calling participants mobile number and sending SMS message.) and my ability to connect to any participants listed by these channels. \r\n\r\n\r\n1. Viewing Communication Tool.\r\n2. Participants can select one or more participants to start making video or voice conference. \r\n2. Participants can click an icon of video conference for starting communication with others. \r\n3. Participants can click an icon of voice conference for starting communication with others. \r\n4. Participants can start making a chat with one or more inside the instant message fields. \r\n5. Participants can hold the communications while participants still connecting to the tool. \r\n6. Participants can view the mobile numbers and make a call for them directly. \r\n7. Participants can send SMS to one or more directly. \r\n8. Participants can share files in instant message. \r\n\r\nUse any language or tool for developing my need.\r\n\r\nYasser
