Build a website that helps compare college costs with student success.

Nearly 30% of American college graduates in 2013 were graduating without a job lined up. Was college even worth it? How does one even know? This is a serious problem affecting millions of students and families across the globe. To make matters worse, the cost of an advanced education is climbing each year for many. How do people make an educated decision on their investment? I am trying to help that problem, which plagues schools, politicians, journalists, parents, and of course, students, alike. I am building what will eventually become a very well known, international database of people who have been to college, and what their currently doing with their lives. This will be based in the United States, and so that is my priority. I need a simple user interface, where the visitor selects their school they have graduated from, their basic information, including the year of graduation, etc, and then fills in information such as major, when they graduated, and their current situation such as city, job title, and salary. Perhaps they could be asked to provide something such as a 'timeline after graduation'. This gives a rough idea of what graduating students can 'expect' after graduation. The purpose of this website is to finally find an aggregate measurement of just how much ROI people get for their college degrees, since that is such a hot topic today. When students are looking at spending money for college, they can eventually come to my site and see just how well the graduates are doing. Other sites are too concerned with graduation rates. I don't care about that, I am focusing on people who have graduated. I have numerous investors on this project and I need your help. Some of the unique challenges is that you will have to someone get a list of nearly every college/university in the United States, and create a database based on this. I would like a very clean layout, a simple, intuitive interface. There should be no clutter whatsoever. Analytics is a must for a site like this. On the home page, I would like to have perhaps the 'top rated' return on investment schools, the 'worst rated', and other fun database things, such as 'compare schools', and things like this. I need to have the typical analytic breakdown that is simple and easy to use. Perhaps we will find that the best ROI schools are not the most expensive, after all! I am willing to pay a premium for someone/a group of people who can help me do this well. Thank you!
