Hi, I'm looking for a smart, innovative designer/web builder to take my ideas into reality. My concept is to build a clean, fresh, non-cluttered website, that provides users the ability to create an account, post an ad, search ad's in a unique map way. The keys to the site are: * Total of 1 Master Page and CSS * 1 Home Page * 1 Account/Ad creation page * 1 Ad Listing page with image rotator * 5 static pages * 1 Google map application/page with functionality to show pins on ad location whereabouts. * Facebook login * Integration of Paypal and Amazon payments to pay for the ad. I have the designs of how I'd like the pages to look via hand-drawn sketches. I need someone to take this and build the design and site completely. Technology choice is either HTML5, Drupal or .NET. I need a really good User Interface designer and developer. The winning bidder will be required to sign an NDA (not negotiable), so I can share information on the design. In your bid, please state your price, your time period to get this done, a list of sites (portfolio) you've done and your acceptance on the NDA.
