Car Hire database and deposit gateway

We want a simple website with a database that can be updated by the administrator.
Index page in html.
User can look at a table of the hire vehicles available and use a calendar to book his dates of collection and return of his selected vehicle. Database calculates total cost (# days x daily rate) and displays this and the deposit required (20%) User can then book on line by paypal or credit card. System generates a receipt and confirmation sent to the user, copy to the site administrator. Note: Vehicle daily rate chnages depending on season and location so this needs to be included.
