1. The website should be a database with the following structure:

3. We need a simple tool for creating and updating advertisements by advertisers independently ([url removed, login to view]) or [url removed, login to view]). At first it will be free of charge. But it should be possible to add an on-line tool for receiving a fee for advertising.
