Changes to Joomla Template

Need some one to make some changes to a Joomla template. We have the text and know what we want doing. Basically just changing some links adding a few new pages,adding text from word files, some small mod of the index page, setup the contact page etc that sort of stuff. Looking for someone with good English as we have had quite a few people bidding lately for previous jobs that can't even put a sentence together. Needing someone friendly, a self starter, who can get on and just do the job from instructions rather than try and want to skype us ( which we do not do... so don't ask! )
