Changes to a site

My customer actually wants to take a old site I did and change it up. It has a couple databases, but nothing is being done to them. What is being done is changes to the home page. Home page will take away copy and add a picture show 10 images or so. Heading at the top needs to change. Logo provided. Designer can do some animation if they want, but not needed. Everything else is small, small. Happy Bidding!
